The Blue Room
We offer high-quality amenities to ensure a perfect stay and let you experience the authentic Italian lifestyle. The neighborhood’s shops, restaurants, and artisanal stores invite you to live like a true local. We clean the suite using ecological and natural products, ensuring a healthy and sustainable environment. Access to both the property and the suite is automated via smart cards.

1 Bedroom: European king-size bed with a thick latex-padded mattress. Luxurious cotton satin bedding for maximum comfort.
1 Bathroom: Spacious marble shower with a rain shower head—perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.Organic shampoo and soaps are provided.
Kitchen: The guest of this suite can use the outdoor kitchenette built in typical Ligurian style, with a Carrara marble sink and countertop.
Enjoy al fresco meals at the outdoor table, or unwind on the sun loungers under the umbrellas.

Guest Access
The Blue Suite is independent and located on the ground floor, with a private entrance through an inner garden. The room is equipped with a TV, internet connection, air conditioning, and double-glazed windows.

Parking
You can park your car for free in the public parking area located directly in front of the property.
Alternatively, a private parking space for exclusive use is available upon advance request, at an additional cost.

Getting around from Microcosmo La Spezia is easy and convenient. We’re just a 5-minute walk from La Spezia Migliarina station, with quick connections to La Spezia Centrale (5 minutes by train) and the Cinque Terre (under 30 minutes).

If you’re arriving by car, a private parking space is available for rent upon request, and free public parking is right in front of the property. Local buses also connect the neighbourhood to the city center, La Spezia Centrale, the ferry terminal, and beyond.
