Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: Between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM

• Check-out: By 10:00 AM

• Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability

Quiet Hours

 • Please respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM

• The property is located in a residential area; we ask all guests to be considerate of our neighbours

No Smoking

 • Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment

 • Smoking is permitted only in the outdoor areas

No Parties or Events

• Parties, events, or unregistered guests are not permitted

• The space is designed for relaxation and respectful stays

Pets

 • We love animals, pets are allowed upon request.

        • Please inform us in advance if you’re traveling with a pet so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Use of Kitchen & Appliances

• Please turn off all appliances when not in use

• We kindly ask you to leave the kitchen and equipment clean after use

Garbage & Recycling

• Follow the local recycling rules provided in the welcome guide

• Garbage must be separated accordingly and disposed of in the designated bins inside the apartment.

Security

• Always close doors and windows when leaving the apartment

• Access to the property is via secure smart card.

Damage & Breakage

• Please report any damage or breakage immediately so we can repair or replace it for future guests

• Significant damage may result in an additional charge

• Treat the property as you would your own home

• Help us maintain a peaceful and welcoming environment for all guests
